AL 1500/AL 2000 anilox roller laser cleaning system

The AL 1500 / AL 2000 is a high-tech anilox roller cleaning system that gently cleans rollers and sleeves without damaging the ceramic layer or cell structure.

It was developed by experienced anilox experts.

The AL1500/Al2000 removes any kind of dirt on the surface of the anilox roller (dried ink residues, adhesives, wax and silicone).
The laser technology enables a gentle deep cleaning in the safest way. Daily cleaning of the anilox rollers increases their service life and printing takes place with controlled and reproducible parameters. The special software of the AL1500 ensures continuous control of the laser.

Almost all anilox rollers and engravings can be cleaned without leaving any residue using this technology. Where other systems already reach their limits, the AL1500 cleans reliably.

In order to achieve constant print quality, it is necessary to keep your anilox rollers in perfect condition at all times. This ensures that color deviations that occur are only due to the intensity of the colors used and are not caused by dirt on the anilox rollers.
